The Majlisu Idaarah of theIslamic Society of Jamestown is elected   annually by a  majority ballot
of the members in good standing .   The term of office is for one hijri year beginning on the First of Muharram.
Ballots will be sent to all members in good standing inshaAllaah
within one week of 'Id al-Fitr.
